SCHOOL TIME!

Hannah and Brunson had a wonderful first day of school! Hannah is now a 3rd grader and Brunson is a 1st grader!!! Both kids were super excited for their first day and already love their teachers! Looks like we will have a great year!

HAPPY 6TH BIRTHDAY BRUNSON!

We had a fantastic time celebrating Brunson's 6th birthday at Chuck E Cheese. Thank you everyone for helping Brunson to have a wonderful birthday! I can't believe my baby is already 6, I am so proud of him. I want to cherish my little boy, because I know before I will be able to realize, I'll lose him to being a young man. I already think of how I use watch him take his first steps, how he learned to ride a bike, his first day of school...I use to hold him and cuddle all the time...now we still cuddle and snuggle...but it is at home where his friends won't see. He is into baseball and school and being with the boys already...Watching your little ones grow is the most rewarding yet painful experience I have endured so far. I would not trade being a Mommy for anything else in this world. I love you Brunson Christopher Stone!!!

ANOTHER FANTASTIC CAMPING TRIP

So I really am addicted to camping now! I just can't seem to get enough! Going again next weekend I am sure!!!

MISS YOU GRANDMA

I think of Grandma today as it would have been her 90th birthday. I miss her more than I could have ever imagined. I love you Grandma!

ANOTHER SANTEE CAMPING TRIP!

We enjoyed another camping trip to Santee! Chris took us down on Wednesday and we stayed till Sunday. The weather was wonderful and we really had a relaxing nice time! We took the boat this time and caught some nice fish and loved riding the waters! We saw lots of deer on our nightly walks and the kids loved that!!! Hannah and Brunson also enjoyed VBS from 10-12 everyday too! I am already wanting to go back...today is catch up day with all the laundry and cleaning up the camper...boo!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNCLE JAMES!

We celebrated Uncle James birthday, Saturday at Mama's and what a great time we all had. Lots of food and laughs is what the Shirley family is all about! It is an amazing feeling looking around and seeing family and history and lots of love. I hope this starts a new tradition every year! Love you Uncle James!!!

My Babies Make Me Giggle!

These cutie pictures were taken one rainy afternoon, when we couldn't play outside. The children had so much fun playing around with the camera and I bet we took 200 pictures with them giving me the most comical poses!!!


CAMPING IN SANTEE!!!





Our first time taking out our camper was so much fun!!! Having Mama camping right next to us was fantastic, she taught us all about setting up and tips to making every camping trip enjoyable! I am so blessed to have my Mama as my best friend!!! I dreamed of the day when I could camp with my children just the way I grew up camping with my Mom, Dad and brother. It was so much more than I ever expected. I am a simply lady who loves to be with my family. What better way to enjoy being a family. Leave home and all the craziness of everyday life and just relax. Some how leaving home, breathing in fresh air just makes you forget all the stresses!!!

And A Happy 10 Year Anniversary!!!

We had a wonderful weekend full of fun and lots of love! Ma-maw got Hannah and Brunson on Thursday and Chris and I started celebrating our anniversary a day early. Chris and I enjoyed all day Friday together with a nice dinner at Motor Supply Co., watching fireworks at the stadium, and ending the night at our fav. little red bar. Saturday we went to Camden to celebrate the 4th with Mama. With grilling, boat riding and fireworks, it was a great day and a perfect weekend. I feel so loved and so blessed.

Kids Camp!

Hannah and Brunson had a fantastic week at kids camp. Their bestest buds, Savannah and Haden went too! They went each night from 6-9 with activities like, a petting zoo, horse riding, jump houses, dunking booths, face painting, ministry, and dinner theatre. This camp seemed so special, 13 different Churches all came together in the spirit of love and Christianity for all the childen to have such a wonderful time.
