Weekend Review
What a weekend! We were so busy I did not even think or make time to bring out the camera! FRIDAY was a fly by day. Starting with the usual school routine with alittle early dismissal for Hannah. Which she loved! A quick packing hassle for a weekend at Maw-Maw's, straight to Clothing World for a pickup of Bubba's hunting gear. Then a trip to the farm to drop off the supplies and a quick kiss from my hubby! Since Chris had the day off, him and Brunson left early to get in a little hunting time! After the farm it was off to visit with Nana! I do love visiting her everytime I am in Camden, she just lights up when we walk in her room. Then off to Walmart for some more supplies! Finally I made it to Mama's and what a treat to come home to, a fully home cooked meal! Chris and Uncle Greg made it to Mama's about 10:30 and we had a good time catching up! SATURDAY was just about as busy, but way more fun! Waking up to a delicious breakfast is the best! After breakfast the men left for the farm while us women and children got ready for a fun filled day! Jenny and Hailey came over to Mama's for a visit and then we all went for another short visit with Nana on our way to the farm! We finally make it to the "Annual Dove Shoot" at the farm! There must have been at least two hundred people there. Some friends from Columbia even came, Chip (Chris's work buddy) and Calvin ( a friend and client of mine). We all enjoyed sitting out in the fields while the men hunted for birds. Riding 4 wheelers is still the kids favorite part about hunting! We did watch the Carolina game, which didn't dampen our spirits too much. Mama took the kids home and we we enjoyed some adult time til way up in the night! SUNDAY was pretty relaxing. We didn't make it to Church, but Uncle Greg, Jen Jen and Patrick came for a visit and that was fun. Chris and I went to the farm to do alittle clean up and to pick up Chris's drunk truck. The kids enjoyed some playtime with Maw-Maw and finally we headed back home to finish up a school project with Hannah. We all had a great weekend!

A Super Fun Weekend!
We enjoyed a great weekend in Camden! This was a Daddy weekend, full of hunting! Friday Brunson got to go hunting, Saturday morning was Hannah's turn, Saturday afternoon I got to go and Sunday Daddy enjoyed a peaceful hunt! The kids love getting all dressed in their hunting attire and riding on the 4 wheeler, I think sitting still up in a tree is a little boring still. But they did like seeing and hearing all the birds and animals in the woods. We all love being out in nature! And there is no better place to enjoy nature than out at Uncle Benny and Auntie Anne's farm! Chris and I enjoyed a little no kid time down at the cabin watching the Gamecocks win! We also enjoyed playing with Maw-Maw, she always knows just what to do so the kids have a great time! Hannah and Brunson had so much fun in Children's Church baking brownies! Nana was thrilled to see us too, we bought her a new bird feeder to put outside her window! We are all waiting for all the little birdies to find their new feeder! I especially enjoyed my weekend, I actually had time to just relax! I even read a full novel over the weekend!

I remember this day very well. I was a stay at home Mom, taking care of Hannah (she was only 11 Months). Turning on the television this day was a scary sight. I was glued to the TV all day, Calling Greg and Alisha as they worked to give them as many details I could. Hannah was so young, but understood something very sad was happening. She would wrap those arms around my neck, and I knew how lucky I was. I remember thinking how this could not be happening in America and just staying in a state of shock. I remember feeling so helpless.

Happy Grandparents Day!
We had a great time celebrating Grandparents Day with Maw-Maw and Nana! We went to Camden for the day! After a visit with Nana, we treated Maw-Maw to lunch and played all day! The kids had a great time. Maw-Maw took the Hannah and Brunson swimming, jumped on the trampoline, for a ride on the 4-wheeler and much more. Bravo Hannah!
Hannah is having so much fun in first grade! She absolutely loves school and all her friends! Adjusting from summer to school has been completely smooth for her and we are so proud of her successes! Two awards in one week, wow! Softball started back this week too! And she is having a great time with all her buddies on the field too! Chris is coaching again and Hannah really loves having her Daddy out there. She really has come along way with her softball skills. I was alittle worried because she did not practice at all during summer break, but she really impressed me at practice!
